Once we receive your wigs, processing takes 3–5 working days. You'll be notified via WhatsApp when your wigs are received and again when they're ready for pickup or delivery.
Absolutely! We serve customers across Nigeria. Simply send your wigs to our Lagos address via any logistics company of your choice. We'll revamp them and deliver them back to you.
After placing your order, you'll receive an order number (e.g. WL-7). Write this number on a piece of paper and place it inside your package, or write it boldly on the outside and seal with transparent tape. This ensures we can match your wigs to your order quickly.
We accept all major payment methods through Paystack — including bank transfers, debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), and USSD. Payment is made securely during the order process.
For bulk orders of more than 10 wigs, please reach out to us directly on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a custom quote for you.
